Is my FF15 open-world travel freezing because of Crucial RAM timing latency spikes? Do I need a system file scan?

Log 15LOG tracks my struggle here. I saw timings bouncing between 17.2ns - 21.9ns, and CrystalDiskInfo reported remapped sector fluctuations of 5 - 9 times, which is where the loading bar just died. I tried three SFC scans, but they all crashed due to signature conflicts. I finally got a lead using MemTest86+ to stress address range 0x91 - 0xA6 and used BurnInTest to move the runtime libraries to a separate storage volume. After that, CrystalDiskInfo read latency dropped to 0.25s - 0.33s, and the controller vibration stopped lagging. PassMark cross-validation shows the environment is stable now, but there's still a weird 0.1s hitch during the first boot—likely a hard physical limit of the hardware.
