How do I remove the 2-second black screen when loading towns in Dragon's Dogma 2?

Those 2-second black screens were ruining my flow. I tried updating chipset drivers, but the stutter remained. I used GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detection to reset the storage driver and increased NVMe queue depth from 512 to 1024. After a reboot, I/O latency dropped from 15ms to 8ms per CrystalDiskMark. HDD temp stabilized at 45-50℃. The fix worked.
