Why does Dota 2 stutter during large-scale team fights?

In critical Dota 2 team fights, the screen would jump unpredictably during skill bursts, and my response time felt sluggish. I first tried lowering the game graphics to reduce the load, but the visuals became blurry and the temperature remained high per AIDA64, which was incredibly frustrating. I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to lock the system in High Performance mode and manually bumped the B360 fan speed to 1800 RPM via SpeedFan. Core temperatures stabilized at 72-78℃ per AIDA64, and frame times reduced to 16-21ms per RTSS.
