How do I lower GPU temps in Cyberpunk 2077 with a Jonsbo CR-1400E case?

Entering Night City center, my GPU spiked to 78-82℃ per HWiNFO, causing blurry neon details. I tried adding front fans, but the noise was unbearable and temps barely dropped. I then opened the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel. I raised the rear exhaust threshold from 60% to 80% to push hot air out faster. Now HWiNFO shows a stable 68-72℃ range. The visual clarity is back, and the system finally runs cool. This fix solved my airflow issues.
