CPU Load Line Voltage Tuning
Watching Night City traffic crawl while my FPS plummeted to 45 was a nightmare. I tried Windows Performance Mode, but the E-Core scheduling anomaly persisted. I finally used the GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to set Load Line to L3 and bump VCCSA from 1.20V to 1.25V. Cinebench R23 scores jumped from 32000 to 34500. AIDA64 confirmed core temps stabilized at 78-84℃, and the frame rate locked in at a smooth 85-95 FPS. It finally feels like a proper build.
