Fixing the sluggish response on VastArmor RX 9070 XT in CS2?

Moving the cursor felt like it was stuck in glue, which is an absolute disaster for a competitive shooter. Even though the VastArmor RX 9070 XT Super Alloy PRO was hitting 2400-2600MHz, the end-to-end latency was a brutal 22-30ms. I started by killing every useless background service in Windows, but that only shaved off 1ms—hardly worth the effort. I then dove into the driver settings, forced Anti-Lag on, and synced the sampling rate to 1000Hz while nuking every V-Sync option in the game menu. Using a latency tester, I saw the response time plummet from 28ms down to a crisp 11-14ms, making my flicks feel light again. I did run into a snag where the screen started tearing after enabling this, but manually locking my monitor to 240Hz fixed it instantly. GPU temps hovered between 62-68℃ with power draw at 210-230W. After three intense matches, the input lag is completely gone and the card is staying chill at 62-68℃.
