Stop BF V CPU Frequency Drops
During the Normandy landings, the smoke and explosions caused my FPS to crash from 90 to 40, which made aiming a total nightmare. I first tried adding powerful case fans, but the temperature only dropped by 3℃ and the throttling persisted. I then used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to enable High Performance mode and applied a negative voltage offset of -0.03V. This worked wonders; my core frequency stabilized at 3.7GHz per RTSS, frame times dropped to 11-14ms per RTSS, and CPU temps stayed at 78-84℃ per HWInfo64. Now I can finally fix
