While stalking prey, the screen would freeze for 0.5 seconds, creating a jarring discontinuity that made me anxious. I first tried lowering environmental detail settings; while FPS increased, the sudden stutters caused by scheduling remained. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to elevate the game's process priority to Realtime and killed background update services. RTSS showed frame times stabilized at 15-22ms, GamePP stress tests confirmed core utilization balanced at 65-85%, and AIDA64 monitored CPU temps at 68-75℃.
