How to stop CPU downclocking during Valorant combat?

My CPU downclocked mid-ghost squad, causing painful stutter. I added case fans, but temps only dropped 2℃, which was useless. Using GamePP Hardware Sensor Page, I dropped VCCSA from 1.25V to 1.20V and optimized the curve. Cinebench R23 showed VRM temps stabilizing at 75-80℃. The frame rate smoothed out instantly. This set the perfect balance for my rig.
