Why does my WD Black SN770 2TB stutter during scene transitions in Unknown 9: Awakening?

Scene changes in the forest areas of Unknown 9: Awakening were pure pain. My WD Black SN770 2TB was causing 200ms+ load stutters due to a driver mismatch. I tried updating the driver manually, but the issue persisted, leaving me annoyed by the broken immersion. I decided to use the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the game process priority to Highest and optimized the BIOS settings for I/O. After this change, GamePP Frame Time Analysis showed the frame rate stabilizing at a solid 60FPS. The transition lag is gone.
