CPU Core Affinity Tuning
Whenever tens of thousands of soldiers clashed on the battlefield, the screen would stutter violently, which made me extremely anxious. I tried enabling Ultimate Performance mode in Windows, but the CPU temperature soared to 92℃ via HWMonitor without any significant reduction in frame drops. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to elevate the game process priority to Realtime and locked the affinity to the first 6 physical P-cores. RTSS monitored the frame time converging to 16-22ms, and scheduling latency dropped to 20-35ms per RTSS, while HWMonitor showed 78-84℃.
