Optimize CPU Thread Scheduling
Walking through Novigrad in next-gen mode was incredibly jarring because the screen would just freeze for a split second. I first tried disabling Core Performance Boost in the BIOS; while temps dropped, my average FPS fell by 12 per RTSS, which just made me more anxious. I then used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to lock the game process to high-performance cores and shifted background tasks to efficiency cores. Now, minimum FPS has risen to 51-55 per RTSS, VRM temps stay at 62-68℃ per HWInfo64, and RAM usage is a steady 16-20GB per Task Manager.
