Why does The Division crash at 90% loading on my Jginyue X79 PRO?

Every time I entered the main menu, the loading bar would freeze at 90% followed by a BSOD, which made me incredibly anxious. I tried disabling all power-saving options in BIOS, but while crashes decreased, CPU temperature soared to 95℃ per AIDA64, triggering thermal throttling. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to bind the main process to physical P-cores and restricted background I/O occupancy. Frame generation time converged to 16-22ms per GamePP Frame Analysis, with VRM temps stable at 78-85℃ per AIDA64 monitoring.
