Why does TEKKEN 8 freeze during the battle loading phase?

Every time I hit the battle loading phase, the screen would freeze, which is a total disaster for a competitive fighter. I tried lowering the in-game texture quality, but it only gained 2 FPS and made the graphics look cheap, which made me really anxious. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to raise the depth to 2048 and enabled the forced write cache flush. CrystalDiskMark verified random reads improved to 68-75MB/s, AIDA64 showed controller latency at 15-40ms, and HWMonitor confirmed temps stayed at 45-52℃.
