How to stop random frame drops during camera rotation in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2?

Sneaking through industrial zones, rapid camera turns caused anxiety-inducing micro-stutters. I tried enabling Extreme Performance mode in BIOS, but the SSD temperature spiked to 78℃ per HWiNFO, triggering thermal throttling and making me panic. I then used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Config to set the depth to 128 and optimized page file distribution. Random reads stabilized at 68-75MB/s per CDM, read latency hit 48-56ms via GamePP Sensor, and temps stayed at 54-61℃ per HWiNFO.
