Syncing sensor polling rates to eliminate data lag
Following Monitoring Protocol MON-X2 on Windows 11 23H2, GPU-Z revealed the Corsair RAM's default polling rate was a sluggish 2000ms to 5000ms per cycle. The resulting monitoring curves looked like a staircase—useless for spotting transient spikes. I legitimately thought the app had frozen and rebooted the whole rig thrice; just madness. The actual fix was diving into GPU-Z settings, navigating to the sensor tab, and slashing the polling interval from 2000ms down to 100ms. Now the sensor data refreshes within a tight 100ms - 115ms window, peaking at 120ms. It's a complete game-changer in terms of responsiveness. There are still some occasional 200ms jitters when multitasking heavily, but otherwise, the telemetry is rock steady and snappy.
