Intel 660P Latency Fix
Driving through anomalous zones was pure anxiety because the screen would just freeze for 0.8s. I initially tried manually locking virtual memory to 16GB, but that actually increased disk write pressure and made the stuttering even worse. I felt defeated until I used the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to increase depth from 32 to 128 and enabled forced write cache flushing. CrystalDiskMark confirmed random read latency dropped from 25-45ms to 15-22ms, 4K reads hit 30-40MB/s via CrystalDiskMark, and temps stayed 42-50℃ per HWiNFO.
