Lower Fanxiang S790 Read Latency
Map switching in Neverness to Everness was painful with 12-second load times. The Fanxiang S790 1TB had high read latency that broke my immersion. I tried resetting BIOS settings first, which stabilized the system but didn't reduce latency, which was confusing. I then used GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detection to update the NVMe driver to the latest version and optimize queue depth. Sensor monitoring confirmed read latency dropped from 15-18ms to 8-10ms. AIDA64 showed stable temperatures at 42-46℃, and load times were cut down to just 6 seconds.
