Why does Naraka Bladepoint lag on Noctua NH-D15S and how do I set proper cooling?

Team fights in Naraka: Bladepoint were painful with FPS dropping from 120 to 60. My Noctua NH-D15S had uneven pressure, spiking CPU temps from 70℃ to 92℃ per Cinebench. I tried maxing fan speeds, but the noise was deafening and temps still climbed. I used GamePP Hardware Sensor to see core 0 and 3 were running hot. I reapplied thermal paste and tightened the mounting pressure evenly. Cinebench now shows stable 75-80℃ temps. RTSS confirms 8-10ms frame times. The system is quiet and stable.
