How to fix the 2-second delay in GamePP hardware telemetry?

Referencing sample report 2025-GIG-SENS on Win11 23H2. I caught a dangerous discrepancy: while HWiNFO reported CPU temps at 70℃, the system was already thermal throttling. The default 2000ms polling interval was the culprit. I navigated to HWiNFO Settings -> Sensors and manually dropped the polling rate to 500ms. In the GamePP overlay, the temperature spikes now align perfectly with in-game spell effects, completely killing the lag. Three reboot cycles verified the sync deviation is now under 100ms. Be warned, this aggressive polling adds a 1% - 2% CPU overhead, which might cause micro-stutters on budget CPUs; it is a trade-off for accuracy.
