How do I fix GPU heat and frame drops in MGS Delta on a PCCOOLER RZ620?

I was anxious about frame drops in MGS Delta combat, seeing FPS fall from 120 to 85 due to GPU heat. I tried adding more case fans, but the effect was minimal and the issue persisted. I used GamePP Fan Curve Configuration to set front fans to intake and rear to exhaust. GamePP Benchmark confirmed a stable 115 FPS and GPU temp at 75°C. This airflow set is the key to consistent performance.
