Is Crucial DDR4 2400 causing input lag in Spider-Man 2?

My mouse cursor had this weird drifting sensation, and that kind of millisecond delay is a total nightmare in high-speed combat. The power-saving features of the Crucial DDR4 2400 were causing the CPU core voltage to bounce between 0,7-1,1V during low-load transitions, adding a nasty 18-25ms of response lag. I tried the Windows High Performance power plan first, but my CPU temp shot up to 86,C without any noticeable improvement in input lag, which was honestly pretty frustrating. I eventually went into the BIOS and nuked all C-State power-saving options and locked the processor performance state to 100%. Using an end-to-end latency tool, I saw the lag drop from 28-42ms down to 14-18ms, making the controls feel razor-sharp. The only downside was the idle power draw was insane until I tweaked my fan curve to hit 80% speed at 60,C. Now the CPU stays between 66-72,C, and the web-swinging feels perfectly synced to my fingertips.
