How to fix screen flickering in Marvel Rivals during combat?

During intense team fights, my screen flickered constantly, which is a total death sentence in a fast-paced hero shooter. I first tried lowering graphics to medium; while FPS rose by 10, the flickering stayed, leaving me anxious about the loss in quality. I then used the GamePP Memory Controller Load Monitor to find the voltage dips and locked it at 1.38V via BIOS. RTSS showed frame times stabilized from 12-28ms down to 9-14ms, making the gameplay feel incredibly responsive.
