How do I stop the Thermalright PA140 WHITE from screaming during combat?

The fan screaming at 45dB during combat was unbearable. Switching to Balanced mode dropped FPS to 85. I used GamePP Fan Curve Configuration to raise the PWM threshold to 70℃. HWiNFO64 showed noise dropping to 38dB while temps stayed stable at 78℃. The game runs quietly now, letting me set my focus back on the puzzle mechanics without auditory distraction.
