DRAM Cache Load Management
The mouse pointer froze instantly when I hit quick save, and the HDD light stayed on for what felt like forever. Switching my power plan to High Performance only made the fans scream louder without fixing the lag. I used GamePP Memory Controller Load Monitor and saw DRAM cache usage pinned at 95%. Adjusting the write buffer strategy to Optimized cut the save time from 12s to 4s. AIDA64 confirmed the drive temperature remained stable at 42-45℃ during the process.
