I tried lowering shadow quality to Medium; the visuals suffered significantly, but the micro-stuttering persisted, leaving me anxious. I then used the GamePP Resource Scheduling Panel to set the game's VRAM priority to maximum and cleared 4.1GB of redundant texture cache. RTSS confirmed frame time spikes dropped from 35ms to 16-19ms, while GPU-Z showed VRAM temperature stable at 71-77℃ and AIDA64 measured core temps at 57-63℃.
