Optimize Memory Timings
Whenever a giant mechanical beast released full-screen effects, the screen would stutter randomly, making me extremely anxious. I tried manually lowering the memory frequency by 200MHz; it stabilized the system, but my minimum FPS dropped from 58 to 46, which was unacceptable. I used the GamePP Memory Controller Load Monitor to loosen primary timings to 38-38-38-80 and enabled High Performance mode. Memory latency stabilized at 78-80ns per AIDA64, VRM stayed at 62-68℃ per HWiNFO64, and fans hit 1200-1500 RPM per GamePP.
