How to fix memory latency tearing in Hollow Knight Silksong?

For a game like Silksong that demands perfect frame sync, the default 22-22-22-52 timings on the MSI A520M-A PRO were a total disaster. Latency was hitting 95ns, causing visible screen tearing during fast dashes that made Boss fights a stressful mess. I tried enabling XMP, but latency only dropped to 88ns, which wasn't enough. I opened the GamePP Memory Controller Load Monitor to analyze the lag and then used the timing optimizer to push for 18-20-20-42 while bumping voltage to 1.35V. The latency plummeted from 88ns to 72ns, and the GamePP Frame Time Analyzer showed the variance shrinking from 12-25ms down to a tight 8-11ms.
