Ending Urban Traffic Stutters
Speeding through busy districts, my CPU load spiked, causing maddening micro-stutters that made me very anxious. I tried disabling some ambient lighting effects in-game; while FPS rose by 3, core temps remained high, which felt like a futile effort. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to set a 65°C jump point and locked the speed to 100% at 85°C. RTSS showed frame times converged to 15-20ms, AIDA64 confirmed CPU temps stabilized at 74-80°C, and CPU-Z verified a stable 4.5GHz. The driving experience is finally consistent now that I have it set
