Why is my system unresponsive in modded FiveM server areas?

Every time I loaded custom cars or buildings in FiveM, the long wait times felt agonizing in the middle of a high-stakes RP session. I tried installing the game on a different partition of my system drive, but the read speeds remained unchanged, leaving me feeling defeated. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to increase the depth from 32 to 64 and optimized the write cache flush policy. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K reads increasing to 40-45MB/s, AIDA64 confirmed temperatures at 37-44℃, and GamePP measured I/O wait times at 16-23ms.
