How do I stop frame rate drops in Far Cry 6 combat?

I was anxious during Far Cry 6 combat as FPS dropped from 60 to 48. I manually switched to High Performance, but temps spiked and FPS dropped further. Using GamePP Power Plan Switcher, I set High Performance and optimized the fan curve. HWiNFO showed stable 75-78°C, and RTSS confirmed 58-62 FPS. These settings work best.
