Fix Dragon Age Veilguard Flicker on Gainward GPU
The lighting in Dragon Age: The Veilguard was flickering constantly on my Gainward RTX 5060 Ti, ruining immersion. I lowered graphics settings, but the flicker persisted and visuals suffered. I used the GamePP Shader Compilation Queue Manager to clear the shader cache and optimize the power plan. The frame rate stabilized at 60 FPS with 16.6ms frame time per AIDA64. The visual noise is gone, and these settings ensure a clean render pipeline.
