Why does Crysis Remastered stutter during large scene loads?

Waiting for map loads, I noticed severe stutters on my Zotac RTX 5060 Ti 16GB. I tried boosting VRAM frequency, but it triggered a BSOD. Using GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard, I tightened memory timings carefully. MemTest86 confirmed zero errors across 4 rounds. Load times dropped from 12s to 8s.
