How do I stabilize frequencies for Cyberpunk 2077 on Vastarmor RX 9070 XT?
With Path Tracing cranked, the GamePP Frame Time Analyzer showed a curve that looked like a chaotic EKG, making driving through Night City a total chore. Frame intervals were bouncing between 12ms and 35ms, while my Vastarmor RX 9070 XT core clock was unstable, swinging from 2400-2800MHz. I tried dropping the render resolution to ease the load, but the instant freezes from the clock jumps were still there—it was incredibly frustrating. I finally used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjust Wizard to lock the core voltage at 1.15V and set the Load-Line to L2 mode. According to RTSS, the frame times finally collapsed into a stable 11-14ms range, and the micro-stutters vanished.
