Why do textures flicker in DS2 on my RX 9070 XT?

Eliminate T-Rex texture flicker and VRAM voltage instability to restore immersive visuals and set your render pipeline.

DS2 Texture Flicker on RX 9070 XT

T-Rexes flickering broke the immersion instantly. Lowering AA didn't help. I used GamePP Voltage Wizard to lock VRAM to 1.19V. HWiNFO showed stable 60-65°C temps, and OCCT confirmed voltage stability at 1.18-1.22V range, ending the flicker.
