Why does Aka stutter in jungle stealth missions despite strong cooling?

During a stealth mission, frame time jumped from 10ms to 18ms, breaking immersion. AIDA64 showed the CPU at 82-85℃. I tried overclocking, but it made the heat and instability worse. I switched to the GamePP Power Plan Switcher and moved from Balanced to High Performance. I also tweaked the fan curve. Now AIDA64 reports a steady 72-75℃, and frame times are consistent. The system finally feels responsive and reliable. This set of changes fixed the stutter.
