Fixing PCIe 3.0 Bandwidth Bottlenecks
It's ironic that a cutting-edge demo was held back by my PCIe 3.0 drive, which felt like a desecration. I first tried Windows High Performance mode, but CPU power spiked by 10W per HWiNFO while delays remained. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to increase depth from 32 to 128 and optimized the I/O strategy. AIDA64 showed random read latency converged to 6ms, and GamePP monitored temperatures at 40-46℃.
