How to fix VRAM overflow and flickering in Titanfall 3?

Let's be real: trying to run modern AAA titles on 8GB of VRAM is basically a suicide mission. In Titanfall 3, during those high-speed mech dashes, the background textures started flickering like a broken CRT. GPU-Z showed my VRAM pinned at 7,9GB, forcing the system to swap to slow system RAM. I tried cranking my page file to 64GB to keep it alive, but while the flickering stopped, my frame rate tanked to 20 FPS—it was basically a slideshow. I eventually gave up on Ultra and dropped textures to High and disabled unnecessary ambient occlusion, while enabling VRAM compression
