Fix Division Next CPU Spikes
It's unbelievable that a top-tier cooler hit 85℃. During gunfights, my CPU surged to 210-220W per HWInfo, and the NH-D14 was too slow to react. I tried an aggressive BIOS thermal mode, but the fans started screaming at 50℃; the constant speed switching was unbearable. Using the GamePP Hardware Sensor Page, I shortened the 80-95℃ response delay to 1s and forced a 1500 RPM peak. AIDA64 stress tests showed core temperatures finally stabilized between 84-88℃ without triggering any further throttling.
