Fixing Power Consumption Spikes
It's ridiculous that a top-tier RX 9070 XT stutters during dynamic lighting; it felt like driving a Ferrari in rush hour traffic. I tried 'Maximum Performance' in the driver, but the GPU hit 85℃ per AIDA64 and sounded like a helicopter. I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to lock the system in High Performance. Voltage fluctuation narrowed to ±4V per HWInfo64, core voltage stabilized at 1.12-1.18V per HWInfo64, and frame times stayed stable per RTSS. No more stop-and-go lag.
