How do I stop screen flickering in Tales of Arise with an RTX 5070 Ti?

Lighting scenes in Tales of Arise flickered constantly. I updated the driver, but it got worse. GPU-Z showed temps at 70-75°C. I used DDU to uninstall everything, then installed the Studio driver. I cleared the shader cache via GamePP. Now, HWiNFO shows temps at 72-76°C. The flicker is gone, and lighting transitions are smooth. It's a huge relief.
