Reduce RAM fan noise in stealth
Fan noise in Star Wars Outlaws broke the stealth immersion. I tried lowering frequency to 3200MHz, but it increased noise frequency. I used the GamePP Hardware Sensor Page to adjust voltage from 1.20V to 1.25V, stabilizing 3600MHz. AIDA64 confirmed stable 55-60℃ temps, and the game tool exported noise data showing a steady 30-35dB range. This export ensures a silent playthrough.
