How can I stabilize voltage on a Gigabyte RTX 5060 Windforce?
Process priority won't help here; the GPU is just unstable. The frame time graph looked like an EKG from a horror movie. The core voltage on the Windforce was jumping between 0,92V - 1,05V during load shifts, causing frame times to swing wildly from 15-45ms. I tried capping the max frame rate in the NVIDIA Control Panel, but that just added 50ms of input lag, which felt terrible. I used MSI Afterburner to apply a manual voltage offset of +0,025V and tweaked the fan curve to hit 80% at 65,0C. RTSS showed the frame times immediately converging to 12-16ms, and the tearing vanished. I actually tried a reckless +150MHz overclock at first, but it just resulted in a black screen and a hard reboot. Once I backed off the clock and focused on the voltage, it stabilized. Core temps are now sitting at 62,0C - 68,0C. I exported the logs to verify the voltage stability, and it's finally consistent.
