Stopping Late-Game Save Freezes
It's unbelievable that a turn-based game can paralyze my top-tier SSD; every save felt like a gamble with my progress. I initially tried migrating the save path to a different partition, but the freeze frequency didn't change at all, which was just ironic. I then used the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to set the queue depth to 2048 and enabled forced write cache flush. AIDA64 monitoring showed write latency plummeted from 120ms to 35ms, and HWiNFO64 confirmed temperatures stayed within 52-60℃ during heavy writes.
