Optimize NVMe I/O Scheduling

Whenever I entered a new area, the screen would freeze for about 1.8 seconds, a loading lag that felt outdated for an NVMe drive. I first tried disabling the write cache in Windows for stability, but loading times actually increased by 5 seconds, which was completely wrong. I used the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configurator to increase the queue depth from 32 to 128 and optimized the I/O scheduling. CrystalDiskMark showed random reads stabilized at 68-76MB/s, with read latency at 120-150ms per GamePP and drive temperature stable at 43-49℃ per HWiNFO.
