How to fix power delivery spikes on Galax B760M D4 in Scarlet Nexus?
It's ridiculous that a 'White Phantom' board would choke during the most intense parts of the game, turning my screen into a slideshow. Analysis showed that during CPU boosts, the VRM on the Galax B760M fluctuated between 1.10V - 1.28V, causing scheduling delays of 20ms - 40ms. I first tried 'Maximum Performance' in the BIOS, but my temps hit 96°C and triggered heavy thermal throttling, which was a complete joke of a solution. Instead, I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to force Extreme Performance and set the game's main process to 'Realtime' via the GamePP Resource Scheduler Panel. The fluidity finally came back, and that annoying stiffness vanished.
