Fix Combat Power Fluctuations
During heated battles, large explosions triggered sudden 0.5s freezes that broke my combat flow. I tried limiting my max turbo boost to 4.0GHz; while the stutters stopped, my average FPS plummeted from 110 to 88, which felt like a total performance castration. I then used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to enable Ultimate Performance and disabled C-state energy saving. This stabilized my core voltage at 1.18-1.22V per BIOS Monitor, and CPU temps stayed at 65-71℃ per AIDA64. Peak power hit 140W per HWInfo64, bringing my average FPS back to a stable 110.
