Fix RE9 Scene Load Delays
Entering new rooms in Resident Evil 9 caused 1-2 second black screens on my Kioxia EXCERIA PLUS G3 1TB. I tried changing Windows power plans, but it caused system hangs. I used GamePP Power Plan Switcher to disable NVMe APST and set performance to Highest. CrystalDiskMark showed sequential reads at 3500MB/s. Black screen time dropped from 1.5s to 0.2s. Drive temperature was 48℃. I exported the config, and the horror immersion is finally unbroken.
