Solving Thread Scheduling Issues
It's ironic that top-frequency RAM still stutters during fragmented physics calculations; it felt like a complete waste of my high-end hardware. I tried disabling core parking in system settings, but CPU power consumption jumped by 18W per HWiNFO without fixing the stutters. I then used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Guide to set LL to L2 mode and tuned Vcore to 1.35V. Cinebench R23 multi-core score increased by 450 points, and HWiNFO showed VRM temperatures stable at 60-66℃.
