Tuning Fan Curves for Palworld
During intense arena battles, my CPU temperature spiked to 85-90℃, triggering thermal throttling and massive frame drops. I tried maxing out the fan speed manually, but the noise was unbearable, and it didn't solve the root cause. I needed a smarter approach. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Config to increase the fan speed threshold at 75℃ from 50% to 70%. This aggressive kick-in point kept the heat down without the screech. CPU temperature stabilized at 70-73℃ per HWMonitor, and fan noise remained moderate at 45-50dB per decibel meter.
